This is a recording of a rehearsal I did with Japanese band “Boredoms” last year just before our show at the Ruhrtrienalle in Bottrop. It is pretty instense music so definitely not for the faint-hearted – very experimental… there were 12 drummers… but one of the best music experiences I have ever had so I felt the urge to share it! Below are some clips from the actual show by audience members…. enjoy!
Just so you know I am still working on putting out the next international podcast to continue my Boredoms mini-documentary – some unexpected things came up and I have had to put it back a little… but am working to get it out asap!
This is the first episode of my mini Boredoms Experience documentary… I explain how I got the gig, the unique way I had to prepare for the rehearsals and my fears of doing my first show since my kidney transplant… enjoy!
This is my studio set up that I used to cut up the track SCHOOL on ableton. And the bulk of learning it was done on this practice pad LOL!

This is my OLD practice kit that was my only means of practicing all four limbs.
Just before rehearsals began I went way out into countryside (5 minutes from my house 🙂 to LET GO and RELAX … the proverbial quiet before the storm…
